Uncle Val has all the calming herbs of Auntie ChamT with the added benefit of valerian root, which can be both calming and gently sedating. This blend may be more appropriate for older children or adults, or younger children at bedtime. Herbs For KidsT ha s received love letters from parents who, in consultation with their MDs, have used Uncle ValT successfully with their children suffering from ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) or ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder).
Manufacturer's Suggested Usage: Take 3-5 times per day mixed in glass of warm water. CHILDREN: 1-3 years 15-30 drops, 3-9 years 20-40 drops, over 9 years 30-40 drops, adults and kids over 100 lbs. up to 2 droppers.
