Suggested Use: Shake Well Before Use. Fill your Neti Pot with warm water and a heaping 1/4 teaspoon of pure, non-iodized Neti Pot Salt. Stir until salt is dissolved. Add 1/2 dropper-full to the prepared solution. Increase or decrease the amount based upon your personal preference. Shake to ensure even distribution of the oils. Perform the nasal wash as directed in your Neti Pot instructions.
