NutriCology's Free Aminos is a formulation of 18 naturally occurring amino acids in their free forms, including nine essential amino acids and 5-HTP. Contains no L-Tryptophan. 5-HTP is in the same metabolic pathway as L-Tryptophan, and is the immediate precursor to serotonin and melatonin. This formulation is appropriate for food-sensitive individuals. Hypoallergenic.
Directions: As a dietary supplement, 1 or 2 capsules one to three times daily between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
