Directions:

Keep out of direct sunlight and store in a cool dark place. How to use - 1 - 3 scoops, 2 - 3 times a day, depending upon your body weight, metabolic status, workout program and diet and recovery needs. Directions for use - Add 1 - 3 scoops to 3 - 10 oz. water, juice, milk, yogurt or sauce. Stir until dispersed. Drink immediately. Add more or less liquid as you like.
