Twinlab Cod Liver Oil Skin Formula has the perfect combination of skin-healthy ingredients: cod liver oil (which is rich in vitamins A and D), organic flaxseed oil, lecithin, and black currant seed oil (supplies gamma-linolenic acid {GLA}). This unique blend of oils has Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids, which have been proven to support healthy skin function. This product also contains synergistic vitamins and minerals required for essential fatty acid metabolism and high potency vitamins E, C and A. The minerals zinc and selenium are for antioxidant protection.
Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 2-4 softgels daily, preferably with meals.
