Suggested Use:

Mix 1 scoop (children 1/2 scoop) every 2-3 hours into water or any beverage. Take during waking hours for the first 3 days or as needed. Those with frequent problems may use a maintenance dose of one or more scoops daily. This product may be taken with or without food.
